CANCELLATION POLICY

At House of Beauty, we value both your time and ours. We require the following policy for all appointments: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will be subject to a 50% charge of the total services booked. A no show is defined as a missed appointment without notice and will also be subject to a 50% charge of the total services booked. All cancellation and no show fees will be charged to the card that is on file. Any required deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service. We understand that emergencies may happen and will review exceptional circumstances at our discretion. By Booking an appointment at House of Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
